The house
The house is beautifully situated among olive and citrus trees, standing alone with a private driveway and no neighbours, offering a view of Mount Etna. Enjoy the lovely sun or cool shade around the house. Your Dutch host Alida, who also speaks French, German, English, and Italian, lives just a 3-minute walk away.
Ideal for remote work, especially in winter, with a wood stove provided.
The location is strategic, with the beach, snack bars, restaurants, a large shopping center, and starting points for excursions all within walking distance.

The space
The living room is simple and practical, featuring an open kitchen and a large terrace that wraps around the house. A wood stove is available for cool evenings, while the house and its surroundings enjoy plenty of sunshine during the day. In summer, you can cool off in the shade of the surrounding olive trees.
There are wonderful sun loungers for relaxation, and the living room includes a comfortable corner sofa. The house has a spacious bedroom and a small room that can also serve as a single bedroom.

Guest Access
It’s a 10 to 15-minute walk along an unlit country road to the church, where local buses pass by regularly, providing convenient access to various destinations.

Other things to note
Host Alida is always available and lives just a 3-minute walk away. Guests enjoy complete privacy.
While having a car is convenient, sporty guests can easily walk to various destinations: grocery shopping, the beach (20-30 minutes), the bus stop (10-15 minutes), local restaurants, a tavola calda, and a delicatessen shop.
